What we do
Training and outreach
We educate and create awareness on the potential of waste management across multiple stakeholder groups.
We train passionate people on the co-creation guide for prosperity, which was used to design and manage tabo mabo.
Material recovery facility
We are building a community owned material recovery facility in Nairobi's Mukuru neighbourhood.
This creates jobs and opportunities for independant waste collectors and local recycling facilities alike.
House hold collection
We are establishing household collection for inderserved communities in the Mukur neighbourhood.
This creates jobs and a clean environment for the residents.
Waste bank
We are establishing a waste bank at a Mukuru-based dumpsite. This will give waste workers access to services and fair and transparent prices.
Dumpsite waste recovery is essential to retrieve valuable materials and provides an income to many. The waste bank will increase material recovery with better working conditions.
